You can use your regular pla settings, but i bumped my extruder temp first/second layer from 210/205°c to 220/215°c and my bed temp up from 50 to 60°c (blue tape). Set your first layer to 150% of your layer (.3mm if you are using.2mm layers) set your first layer to a higher temperature than that rest, i typically go 10c higher.
